At Waybird our mission is to empower independent travel specialists to build their own travel brands.

Waybird is a new age, tech-driven host agency which focuses on planning travel to remote and specialist destinations such as Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Our platform allows travel specialists to quickly and easily showcase trip ideas, build interactive quotes, accept payments and manage the booking process from the start to finish in an efficient and affordable way.

Your role will include:

  • Sales support - assisting sales specialists with their operational tasks

  • Helping new users get onboarded

  • Troubleshooting customer issues

  • Marketing - helping with some of our marketing materials for travel specialists eg. newsletters, how to guides, social media, outreach emails.

  • Business development - helping us spread the word about Waybird.

  • Product/strategy - helping to drive the business forward and to be part of the core team.

  • Planning discussions of how we scale the business and refine the product.

  • Helping to shape the Waybird brand and create the best multi-destination platform to use to book travel.

Who you might be:

  • You’ve recently graduated with a university degree

  • You have the capacity to embrace change as we pioneer the new way to plan and book multi-destination trips.

  • You are passionate about working with people and customer service.

  • You have the ability to think quickly on your feet, calmly defusing problems as they arise.
